Depending on the items on your order, it may ship in 1 or 2 packages. The shipping lead time is currently 1 - 7 business days.

During Holidays and busy shipping seasons, tracking numbers and shipment status may take longer to update with the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

True Blue HQ currently does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each order is produced once it is confirmed (24 hours to review order details).
